The primary purpose of this position to handle a high volume of calls and process payments.
- Being able to attain the process of Client’s working knowledge and communicating it in a professional manner
- Handle high volume of inbound calls while maintaining the Clients and Firm’s standards
- Resolve disputes
- Collect balance or set up an appropriate payment plan
- Talking to others to convey information effectively /professionally
- Well organized in taking and processing payments
- Must be Self Sufficient
- Willingness to assist where needed
- Self-motivated work ethic
- Team Player
- Bilingual is a Plus
