This position is for candidates that have an Associate’s Degree in Electronics or Military Equivalent and may have 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Desired skills/experience (must have at least some experience in the following
- Wire prep
- Wiring cable
- Cable harness
- Trouble shooting
- Should have knowledge and experience of the following: RF Generators, Automatch Networks, DC Power Supplies, and Microwave Generators/ Power Supplies.
- The candidate must be able to comprehend electronic schematics, use a multitude of test equipment, be able to solder and de-solder a variety of components, be able to troubleshoot failures using education and experience, be customer focused and emphasize quality workmanship, and work well within a team environment.
- The candidate should also have an excellent attendance record and be able to maintain a desirable work ethic.
Need component level Troubleshooting and repair experience. For candidates with little or no practical experience, want the education weighted heavily towards electronics.
Military Technicians have good experience for this. So, anyone with a MOS code. Someone who has done radio maintenance, aviation maintenance, electronic maintenance for the military are usually a good fit.
